Rapid Global Research
Thousands of worldwide participants at our fingertips

We engage with many global markets using an online platform to recruit and onboard participants rapidly.

How we choose to engage with people depends on the needs of the challenge. In-person context can provide a rich glimpse into home life, however video conversations can also illicit rich discovery and perspectives.

With access to a panel of global consumers, we are equipped to research within days. We often use stimulus to enrich conversations and to probe deeper into learnings, which moves us forwards faster.

Re-engaging with the same panel of people can also improve the pace of projects, where we have introduced participants to new, evolved stimulus using structured discussion.

A diverse panel with a variety of needs

We aim to ensure that inclusivity is considered in our projects. We have access to a panel of participants with a diverse range of needs and impairments.

We see too often that inclusive thinking becomes an afterthought, which is why we have sought out a panel of participants with diverse demographics and needs, which enables broader perspectives to be baked into innovation and inform design.

 

 

A fresh ‘real’ perspective in a workshop
An instant voice of realism and inspiration

A dose of fresh inspiration or realism can be the tonic an innovation workshop requires.

By pre-planning participants, we can dial-in selected people to provide their perspectives on specific topics, or to co-create with ideas. They can be the fresh eyes that breakout teams need, during the pressurised pace of a workshop.

Whether we call on video diaries, rich conversations, or online capture, we ensure that the outcomes are the fuel for creativity and something new to the world.
