Research & Expert Participants
Personal information collected while setting up the research will be deleted at the end of the project.

All video and audio recordings of the research will typically be deleted after 12 months. Any video clips or photos included in the presentation to our client will typically be kept for 5 years then deleted. You can withdraw your consent at any time and request that your information be deleted during the specified retention period.

Clients, Prospective Clients and Suppliers
Your information will be held on our systems for as long as necessary for us to provide services you have requested and to stay in touch for a period of time that we deem fair and reasonable.

Suppliers
Your information will be held on our systems for as long as necessary for us to access your services and to stay in touch for a period of time that we deem fair and reasonable.

Subscribers
Your information will be held on our systems for 6 months and then deleted.

You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal obligations.
